Bangkok, 10 October 2023 – The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) along with the Designated Space for Sustainable Tourism Administration (DASTA) and Sivatel Bangkok Resort have received three PATA Gold Awards 2023 for Thailand.
TAT has received a PATA Gold Award within the Journey {Photograph} class. Below the theme of ‘A Valley in Bloom’, the {photograph} depicted hues of delicate pink and sensible white of the Himalayan Cherry Blossoms on the Ang Khang Royal Agricultural Station in Chiang Mai.
DASTA has received a PATA Gold Award within the Tradition class. It was recognised for the revitalisation of previous Phetchaburi city riverside neighborhood by means of the institution of cultural community-based tourism.
Sivatel Bangkok Resort was considered a ‘Beacon of Sustainability’ for successful a PATA Gold Award within the Company and Social Accountability class.
The 2023 PATA Grand and Gold Awards recognise the achievements of 23 separate organisations and people, together with two Grand Awards, and the awards ceremony was introduced on 5 October 2023 as a part of the PATA Journey Mart 2023 in New Delhi, India.
